PRIVACY & INFORMATION HANDLING
Privacy through
thoughtful design.
We collect only the information needed to review an initial collaboration enquiry. The public enquiry form never accepts confidential files. A separate approval-controlled Project Room supports private supporting documents after NDA verification and explicit MCHILS approval.
Who operates this site?
MCHILS Investment, an initiative within MCHILS Group, maintains this website and its private founder and partnership application service. For enquiries about your personal information contact info@mchilsconsultancy.com.
What information do we collect?
When you submit a founder, partner or general enquiry, we collect your name, business email, organisation, website (if supplied), country, sector, stage, collaboration preference and free-text introduction. The server may process security-related request metadata. Do not include passports, bank records, medical records, credentials or confidential investment documents in public enquiry forms. After NDA verification and account approval, the separate Private Project Room may accept project plans, forecasts and relevant supporting documents in approved formats; do not upload personal identity records, passwords or sensitive third-party data.
Why do we use it?
We use the information to evaluate commercial relevance, qualify a prospective partnership, communicate about a potential project and maintain internal records of reviewed enquiries. Submission never creates a binding agreement, public listing or financing commitment.
How is it stored and protected?
Applications travel over HTTPS to restricted server-side storage. Project Room documents are screened for malware, stored outside public web directories, and available only to the submitting approved founder and authorized MCHILS administrators. File access requires authentication, and reviewed project summaries require individual permissions. We apply access controls and audit logs, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Public enquiry forms do not collect payment details.
Who can access it?
Authorised MCHILS personnel and necessary infrastructure providers may process data for website operation. We do not automatically share new enquiries with investors, family offices or prospective partners. Specific introductions will require a separate appropriate agreement or consent.
Retention and requests
Enquiries and approved Project Room submissions are retained for the period reasonably needed to evaluate and manage a business relationship, unless a longer period is legally required. Do not upload material you are not entitled to disclose. We do not automatically share submitted documents with investors or unrelated partners. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@mchilsconsultancy.com. Requests will be reviewed in light of applicable laws and legitimate record-keeping needs.
